    Hi,
I’m connecting ps classic to the xtendTouch via hdmi. Is it possible to connect wired headphones to the xtendTouch. Also, why is there no 3.5mm connection?

Many thanks, wishing you all the best

There is no special reason that it does not have a 3.5mm connection, as we see so many TWS products are out there since last year and they are quite cheap.

    Sorry about that!

    Thanks for the reply :)

So in my case, you’re saying it’s impossible to connect wired headphones to the xTendTouch?

USB headphones is possible, but it's not so easy to get.

To be clear, are you saying that using the xTendTouch’s usb c port would work for certain headphones?

I'm meaning via the USB-OTG port (Micro USB), we have included a cable to extend it as a standard USB-A port as well.

I don't think so. as I don't see it contains any chipset that could turn the usb signal into audio signal.

    Thanks again,

Can you recommend a OTG cable/adapter that lets me plug in headphones/speakers via 3.5mm please?

These should probably work by connecting to the OTG cable that we have included in the package, however we can't say for certain without knowing which device are you connecting the monitor to?

Please note that the OTG port of the monitor works only when you are connecting via the USB-C input, if you use HDMI input, it does not contain USB signal from your source device.

    Hi.

Bumping this thread because it's the only relevant one for my case, but is there any way to connect a 3.5 headphone to the screen itself while using HDMI input?

If you are refering to the monitor, it's XT1610F V2.

The adapter we recommended above works with Type C connection only. Not working if the input is HDMI.
