    Hi,
I am looking to mainly buy this display as an notepad extension to my non-touch notebook.
Therefore I'm wondering if I could get different pressure levels out of any stylus or if that is not possible. Also if there is stylus button support with any stylus.
Furthermore I'd like to know if I have to connect it via HDMI and usb c or if USB c is enough to get the screen and touch function transferred.
    Thanks in advance.
    Really looking forward to this.

There is no different pressure level.
That's just a normal stylus pen, not like an Apple pencil.
If your laptop or mobile phone support DP ALT mode or you got Thunderbolt 3 USB-C, then you can connect via USB-C cable directly and there will be touch function even your notebook have no touch. No need to connect any other cable.
But if your laptop does have no that things, only HDMI port, then you need to connect USB-C to get the touch function. Like ETA's review , using RedPerry.

Different pressure level and the stylus like you said.
That will be another level monitor. Like an electronic sketchpad?
    Anyway, I think it's just a monitor.o_O

    Extension to your non-touch notebook:
    OK, either via a real USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 port (video+touch), or;
via HDMI (video) + USB-C input (for touch)

Getting different pressure levels out of any stylus:
No, it's not a supported feature.

I'd like to know if I have to connect it via HDMI and usb c or if USB c is enough to get the screen and touch function transferred:
It depends on your laptop, if it has a real USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port, then one USB-C cable is enough.

Maybe you can share your laptop's brand and model so that we may help looking into it.

Have you solved your problem yet?
Are you able to get video out from the C640 but not touch?
Have you setup the touch assignment as suggested by @Bell ?
