Received PC No Activation Key

    We recently received this device, and we received it with windows not activated. Not sure how to progress any further to use the device beyond this.

    The Win10 Pro key should be built into the firmware (the BIOS). So when you connect to the internet, Windows 10 Pro will automatically activate.

    connect it to the Internet?
    please report back if you can't get it activated.

    I am setting my new PC and windows is not activated it is connected to the internet and has downloaded updates working on Windows 1909 update

    I fixed this by telling the Activation that hardware had changed and it activated OK after that

    I received my PC from minipc-shop.eu, and can't get it activated. It says "The last product key (ID: xxx) you entered can't be used on this copy of Windows. How to proceed?

    I tried to work around it by clicking "Ichanged hardware on this device recently", didn't work either ...
