Long story short, I must have somehow erased the Windows license key and now Windows won't activate. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

    The following lists my steps:
    1. Removed the existing 4GB RAM board and installed two (2) Samsung 8GB DDR4 PC4-19200 RAM modules (2 × $39.11).
    2. Removed the existing wireless card and replaced it with an Intel AX200NGW card ($19.99).
    3. Installed a WD Blue 3D NAND 2TB SSD ($179.99).
    4. Updated necessary drivers using Intel Driver & Support Assistant.
    5. Ran Windows Update and installed all pending updates.
    6. Initialized the SSD as GPT using Disk Management.
    7. Verified that the system's installed memory (RAM) reflected 16GB.
    8. Downloaded and ran the Windows 10 media creation tool, and created a bootable USB flash drive.
    9. Booted from the USB flash drive and performed a Custom install of Windows 10 Pro on the SSD.
    10. At this point, everything was working (i.e., Windows 10 Pro was installed and activated on drive C: and the eMMC was on drive D, but Windows Boot Manager would always prompt me to choose to boot from either the SSD or the eMMC upon startup.
    11. So, instead of just disabling the eMMC in BIOS and "hiding" it altogether, I instead decided to format it.
    12. Since there were three (3) partitions on the eMMC, I used DISKPART (i.e., delete partition override) to delete two (2) of the partitions and then created a New Simple Volume.
    13. Everything still seemed fine, so I ran Windows Update again and installed any pending updates.
    14. However, upon restart, the system booted into an EFI shell endless loop. Although I have no experience with the EFI shell, I tried everything I could think of to get past this.
    15. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful. So, I decided to perform another fresh install using the bootable USB flash drive.
    16. My system uses only a local account and, currently, it works as expected except that I'm unable to activate Windows.

Any assistance in getting this resolved is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
