X button not working

    Ok so bought this remote and gotta say i love it,

    However I have noticed 2 things wrong

    first it has an american layout on my pc i.e. the @ keeps typing "

    and second the X button is not working but it is in fn mode please can you halp

    What do you mean with a american layout. As far as I know there is a QWERTY keyboard layout and a AZERTY keyboard layout. The AZERTY is often bought by Belgium or French clients. Both in stock.

    Where did you get the remote from?
