Do I insert this RAM correctly ?

I tried inserting this ram by sliding into the second slot and push down as hard as I can. But I still cant align the side notches. Is there any way I can do?

It's not correct.

 

The golden fingers of your RAM stick have to go all the way into the RAM slot before clicking and locking the RAM stick in position,
please refer to the below installation video:
