Seems like it does what expected, but having a very slow line and a touchy keyboard maybe I did something wrong since the installation stopped at a late stage and didn't end up with a command line token.
The last two lines on screen tells

[ ok] Finished execute cloud user/Final scripts.
    [ Ok ] Reach target cloud-init target.

    And taht's that.
And screen doesn't sleep afterwards after standing there since i went to bed about 10 hours ago :-(

Start from beginning the solution ??

I'm not sure which Ubuntu version copy did you install,
it doesn't seem to require any special skills to do that...
did you properly format all the partitions back into 1 piece before a fresh install?

Seems the problem is installation of Open SSH without a key. Hangs around until touching keyboard. THen it turn up with the log on message.

Seems like installing Ubuntu server don't work, or one (at least) of the options to be possible to install failed completely so installation ended completely, and after another restart after telling ok, rebooting start display loading for a while with vey bad readable fonts and after login prompt start a new installation proess, which halts at same point, again and again.

And today, computer was completely dead. No reaction whatsoever when trying to hit start button.
Tried reset button, but no effect.

    Finally dead computer??????

Seems like installing Windows subsystem for Linux is not possible (perhaps because very little RAM)
Would that automatically be enabled if updating to 16 Gb RAM ?
Or is it default disk size that is the limit. In case what would be the smallest size of external disk (USB based) to having firing up?

In hope to configure to boot directly on Ubuntu :-D

This mini PC supports 2*8GB RAM (see the over RAM thread).
For the Linux related question, you better check with those experts on the Ubuntu forum?

I ask about it because all other Windows isntallationss when expanding the App in the setup, Windows Subsyten is an option, but not on this computer.
Will it automagically be enabled if enough memery or is that a policy decision ?
