    Hello

Got my W10 gyro and it worked 5min on my pc. And I loved it.
Then the mouse/gyro stopped working - but the keyboard and shortcut keys still work.
I tried changing the batteries, but no luck.

In device manager I removed device HID and Mouse - and after a restart it worked again.
    BUT only 5 min...

In device manager I can se the log writes:
device hid was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match

Im on Windows 10 PRO version 1809
And I just update all my drivers for BIOS, Chipset and USB. Still no luck.

    Please help me

Hi, may I know where are you from and where did you get the remote, please?
We've tested on Windows Pro 1809 and the result is good,
we don't see the "device hid was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match" message.
Is it possible that you test the remote on some other computers?

By the way, are you aware that using the directional keys (left/right/up/down) and flipping over to the keyboard side shall disable the gyro mouse automatically? You need to manually activate the gyro mouse by hitting that button between Vol-/Vol+ after using the directional keys.

Try showing the hidden devices from the device manager,
maybe there are some old mouses that you used are contradicting with the new one.

If your system files are damaged, your device could not migrate successfully.

I'd suggest you to refer this article on Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files.

Yes, im aware that the button needs to be pressed to get the mouse to work. And I just tried it on my laptop (Build 1803) Same issue.
The mouse I bought from amazon.

Thanks for all your help. Now I tried installing a fresh windows 10. it's only a couple of hours old and the problem is back.

BUT this time I have steps :)

    1. step - fresh windows install on Lenovo T450 laptop.
    2. step - plug usb for W10 in pc - The mouse works well.
    3. step - look in device manager - USB input device wont start
    - [IMG]
    4. step - try and update driver, disable and enable - mouse works on W10 - but still error.
    5. step - unplug USB and plug back in. Now the mouse doesn't work (but the shourtcut keys and keyboard does)

THEN I tried clearing it all again.
so now after a fresh install I plugged in the W10 and it works. nice.
BUT when pluggin in my Logitech unifing dongle with K520 attached and MX master mouse.
the W10 mouse stopped working again.

    TLDR;
So on a fresh pc, the first USB mouse or keyboard was the W10 - it worked until I plugged in my Logitech mouse and keyboard...
