I saw yesterday that Google is now going to be requiring the use of the AV1 codec. How will the GLK-UC2X handle this. I was hoping to use this unit as a streaming and home theater device (mainly using Plex)?
We believe this is a requirement for Android TV 10 or above. x86 CPUs do not have this codec built-in yet. for ARM processors... even the latest Snapdragon 888 does not support this codec.
