This has been happening to me since upgrading to Windows 10 2004. I also upgraded to Window 10 20h2 a week ago, and the problem persists.

Sometimes the unit won't work after booting my system. Other times it will work on boot, but then stop working after a few minutes. Other times it is working well, the suddenly it just stops working. Sometimes it will start working again. Other times I have to unplug the USB dongle and plug it back in again to get it to work. Sometimes when selecting a movie on Amazon Prime Video to watch, the unit stops working when the movie starts to run. Other times starting a movie doesn't cause it to stop working.

I have plenty of new batteries, and it doesn't matter if I add fresh batteries. The intermittent drops continue.

I would also add that I just bought a brand new minipc unit with a clean install of Window 10 2004 to use as a media PC. It happens on that new unit as well as other PCs I have.

Anyone have any ideas? I love the unit - when it works. Some nights it will go for 2 or 3 hours without any issues. Then suddenly it stops working. It's frustrating.

    Hi Phil,

Where did you buy it from?

Maybe the receiver is not working properly?

(If it's not being plugged next to a USB 3.0 device, which would cause signal interferences)
