I bought W10 Gyro, and I noticed that IR transmiter is not great, I have to point directly to my Sony TV to work, also I learn another device same situation. Compare to Harmony remote or orginal remote it's really really bad and weak. Why do you not install good quality IR transmitter with wide range light to it. Also what I noticed, learing mode from orginal remote is also hard, I have to point very very precisly to W10 Gyro IR to learn from orginal remote. EDIT: I know where is a problem, it's design issue with IR transparent plastic window in front of remote. It's too small, should be wider from side to side to improve IR light signal on sides.
