My display was giving my dusty pink instead of Red on icons, photos, everything. As you know the intel drivers no longer enable color balancing. Did all of the adjustments available. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling graphic drivers, monitors, ect. Then the adjustments again. Same problem on several TV's and monitors. I was sure it was a hardware issue. Not. If your color goes weird check the settings in High Contrast. Even with it set to off the filter was set to on. This was the problem. Set it to off and bang, great reds again. This could only have been something from a Windows or Intel graphic upgrade. Pdw
you should check the cable and windows graphics driver... a software update can't just break the HARDWARE that way...
A little late but the problem was found. Somehow the update activated one of the settings for color blind users. Try to find that on your windows 10 settings.....
